▲ Update of the Single Professional Risk Assessment Document (DUERP):
During these past months, the HSE service has updated the single document by carrying out a summary of risk analyzes at the level of the production workshops. New analyzes will be carried out in the technical trades (tool maintenance, process maintenance, methods, etc.) as well as in administrative positions. This work was done in collaboration with the members of the CHSCT and the operators stationed during the passages.
▲ Psychosocial risks :
Updating the single document Also includes an analysis of Psychosocial Risks (PSR). It consists of mapping this risk, so it is very important that all of the company's employees complete the anonymous questionnaire that has been distributed to them and return it to the nurse.
We hope to be able to restore the results of this new analysis at MBF for the end of January or the beginning of February 2019.
▲ Accidentology at 12/10/2018:
19 accidents at work since the start of the year:
Our number of accidents at work is up this year compared to previous years, however those that do not result in a layoff represent almost 50% of our accidentology, which means that they are "less serious". We therefore remain on our 2017 trend. We must remain vigilant about respecting safety rules, but we must also be careful not to let bad habits take hold.
▲ Wearing a crash cap:
Following an industrial accident, we decided to make the wearing of a crash cap mandatory inside the foundry islands. Only the technicians and main responders were initially equipped, but to date, all of the foundry operators are now also equipped.
▲ Restoration of foundry islands:
Several ZI foundry islands have been fitted with new caissons securing access to PNPs and to the exit of foundry waste (ZIF 01/02/21/22/23/24).
